It specializes in the production and processing of jacquard shower curtains such as Chunya spun polyester shower curtains, digital printed shower curtains, and waffle shower curtains. It can also develop and produce medical curtains, curtains, bedding, etc. We have professional equipment such as laser trimming machines, digital printing machines, punching machines, nail machines, sewing machines, folding machines, etc. We have a professional product research and development and sales team, more than 60 workshop employees, and have strong independent research and development capabilities and production capabilities. Mainly exported to more than ten countries including the United States, Europe, Canada, Russia, and the Middle East, exclusively for foreign trade companies, Amazon AliExpress, eBay, WISH and other platforms. Factory Environment
The factory spans over 20 acres, approximately 14,000 square meters. The production workshops are divided into sections for shower curtains, hospital partitions, curtains, and other products. Our company boasts a professional sales team, skilled sewing workers, and technical personnel. We possess advanced equipment such as fully automatic fabric trimming machines, cutting machines, button sewing machines, punching machines, non-woven folding machines, digital printing machines, and sewing machines, with a monthly production capacity of approximately 40,000 pieces. The factory has a dedicated full inspection and sampling inspection system, ensuring product quality. Our production standards meet international standards, with shower curtains being waterproof and mold-proof, and hospital partitions being flame retardant, all backed by professional international testing reports. Fabric suppliers undergo strict screening, allowing for traceability of raw material batches. From raw materials to finished products, there is strict process control. The factory has raw material warehouses, semi-finished product warehouses, finished product warehouses, and a management system.
